This is the complete volume 3 that was re-edited using tankoubon raws. It includes previously released chapters 0-12 and Forward special (as chapter 13) with some revisions, corrections, and a couple of pieces of newly translated background text (which was not readable in magazine raws) as well as newly translated omake pages and covers.
v2 (split into 2 editions as promised, cover redone using better raws I found, special Melonbooks cover added, several pages releveled):

This one took a whole lot longer than I expected, mostly due to raw editing/retouching (the raw was not too good this time), but also due to complete re-checking of everything. Found a few silly mistakes, a couple of slang expressions I didn’t catch the first time around, a few lines just didn’t flow well.
So now I’m finally back to volume 1 and the remaining character profiles. When (if?) anthology vol.2 raws come out, I’ll get to that too. As usual, latest chapters will be done as soon as I get the raws. Stay tuned…

It only says last concert because it'll probably be their last concert during high school. This isn't meant to be a “grim” manga at all lol.

@PasserBy: If you can get me the raws that would be awesome.@omimon: Strategic choice of the volume release date aside, the actual announcement on that scanned page reads: “The last school festival of their high school lives finally approaches for Yui and the others in the Light Music Club!! As a class they are performing a theatrical play and they have Mio and Ritsu as Romeo and Juliet!! Along with their last concert, will it all be a success?!”. Does that sound like an announcement of the manga's end to you? I'm also pretty surprised sankaku isn't having a field day with this one yet.
